AN ACT relative to access to birth records.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to access to birth records.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Vital Records Administration; Birth Worksheet for Hospital Birth. Amend RSA 5-C:19 by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:
XII. A person of interest, as defined in RSA 5-C:102, III, may request a copy of the birth worksheet from the state registrar.
2 New Paragraph; Vital Records Administration; Birth Worksheet for Non-Hospital Birth. Amend RSA 5-C:20 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VII. A person of interest, as defined in RSA 5-C:102, III, may request a copy of the birth worksheet from the state registrar.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
