STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to toilet facilities at recreational campgrounds or camping parks.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
52:1 Recreational Parks and Campgrounds; Disposal System. Amend RSA 216-I:4, III to read as follows:
III. Flush toilets or other approved toilet facilities, such as self-composting toilets or incinerating toilets, shall be provided in all recreational campgrounds or camping parks.
52:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
