STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT adding members to the exotic aquatic weeds and species committee.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

90:1 Exotic Aquatic Weeds and Species Committee; Membership. Amend RSA 487:30, II(a)(2) to read as follows:

(2) One member of the senate and [one] 2 public [member] members, appointed by the president of the senate.

(3) One member of the New Hampshire Lakes Association, appointed by the chairman of the board of that association with the concurrence of the chairperson of the committee.

90:2 Membership. Amend RSA 487:30, II(b) to read as follows:

(b) Legislative members of the committee shall serve terms which are coterminous to their terms on the general court and shall receive mileage at the legislative rate when attending to the duties of the committee.

90:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
