STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to exchanging Haseltine Street in Plaistow for a section of NH 121A from the intersection of Haseltine and Main Streets to the border with Haverhill, Massachusetts.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

80:1 Haseltine Street in the Town of Plaistow; Portion of NH 121A in Plaistow; Reclassification.

I. Haseltine Street in the town of Plaistow shall be reclassified as a class II highway and shall be renamed NH 121A.

II. The portion of NH 121A (Main Street) in the town of Plaistow, from the intersection with Haseltine Street to the Massachusetts state line, shall be reclassified as a class V highway.

80:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
