HOUSE BILL 88
AN ACT relative to liquor enforcement and liquor licensing.
ANALYSIS
This bill repeals the transfers to the department of safety of liquor enforcement and liquor licensing and education.
This bill was requested by the committee to study the administrative structure and adjudicative process at the liquor commission established by 2010, 248.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to liquor enforcement and liquor licensing.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
38:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. 2009, 144:163-175, relative to transfer of liquor enforcement.
II. 2010, 248:3, relative to transfer of liquor licensing and education.
38:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
