STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to the size limitations on OHRVs operating in Jericho Mountain state park.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

184:1 ATV and Trail Bike Operation on State Lands; Jericho Mountain State Park. Amend RSA 215-A:43, VII(c) to read as follows:

(c) A person may operate an OHRV within Jericho Mountain state park which weighs up to [1,200] 1,600 pounds and is no wider than [60] 65 inches on specifically designated trails within Jericho Mountain state park.

184:2 Repeal. RSA 216-A:3-g, VII(c), relative to vehicle limitations in Jericho Mountain state park, is repealed.

184:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
