AN ACT relative to the police commission in the town of Hooksett.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to the police commission in the town of Hooksett.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
2:1 New Section; Hooksett Police Commission; Option to Rescind. Amend 1975, 412 by inserting after section 3 the following new section:
412:3-a Option to Rescind. The town of Hooksett may vote to rescind an action creating a police commission by submission of an article in the town warrant as provided in RSA 39:3.
2:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
