STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to observing voter check-in.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Observing Voter Check-In. Amend RSA 659:13-a to read as follows:
659:13-a Observing Voter Check-In. No person [not] other than an authorized challenger, an election official, or any other person authorized by law may stand or sit within 6 feet of the ballot clerk for purposes of observing the check-in of voters without the express permission of the moderator.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
