AN ACT relative to the permanent siting of the Hampton-Exeter District Court.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to the permanent siting of the Hampton-Exeter District Court.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

122:1 Permanent Site of Hampton-Exeter District Court. Notwithstanding the provision of 2005, 179:3 stating that “the court shall be permanently sited no later than January 1, 2011,” the Hampton-Exeter District Court established in RSA 502-A:1, II shall be permanently sited no later than January 1, 2015.

122:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
