SENATE BILL 66
AN ACT relative to nonresident tuition for motorcycle rider education.
AMENDED ANALYSIS

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to nonresident tuition for motorcycle rider education.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
83:1 New Paragraph; Motorcycle Rider Education Program; Rulemaking. Amend RSA 263:34-c by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:
XII. Tuition charged to nonresidents.
83:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
