STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT repealing the task force on state procurement policies and procedures.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
13:1 Repeal. RSA 21-T, relative to the task force on state procurement policies and procedures, is repealed.
13:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
