HOUSE BILL 1203
AN ACT relative to the membership of the capital budget overview committee.
AMENDED ANALYSIS

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to the membership of the capital budget overview committee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
28:1 New Paragraph; Capital Budget Overview Committee; Party Membership. Amend RSA 17-J:2 by inserting after paragraph I the following new paragraph:
I-a. Of the 6 house members on the committee, not more than 5 shall be members of the same party, and of the 4 senate members on the committee, not more than 3 shall be members of the same party.
28:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
