STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT repealing the criminal history record and protective order check for the sale of firearms.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 159-D:1, relative to criminal history record and protective order check.
II. RSA 159-D:2, relative to confidentiality of criminal history records.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
