STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT classifying certain land in Litchfield as land to be retained by the state.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
34:1 New Paragraph; Public Lands; Land to Be Retained. Amend RSA 227-H:5 by inserting after paragraph XVI the following new paragraph:
XVII. Grassy Pond natural area, located in the town of Litchfield, consisting of approximately 99.6 acres, more or less.
34:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
