AN ACT relative to the location of overhead tolling on the F.E. Everett turnpike.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to the location of overhead tolling on the F.E. Everett turnpike.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Overhead Toll Plazas. At such time as the department of transportation has both the legislative authorization and the funding to replace the current Bedford toll plaza located on the F.E. Everett Turnpike with either an overhead toll plaza or all-electronic tolling (AET), the location of the replacement toll plaza shall be in the vicinity of Exit 10 in Merrimack, substantially in accordance with scenario 6 of the F.E. Everett toll study performed by Wilbur Smith Associates dated November 30, 2010 as amended May 12, 2011, and shall include the removal of the tolls located at Exit 11 and Exit 12 of the F.E. Everett turnpike.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
