AN ACT relative to transfer by pharmacy technicians of prescription drugs between pharmacies.
AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill excepts pharmacy technicians performing transport for the authorized transfer of prescription drugs between pharmacies from the prohibition on possessing prescription drugs.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to transfer by pharmacy technicians of prescription drugs between pharmacies.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
36:1 New Paragraph; Regulation of Pharmacies; Possessing Prescription Drugs; Exception for Pharmacy Technicians. Amend RSA 318:42 by inserting after paragraph XII the following new paragraph:
XII-a. A registered or certified pharmacy technician from performing transport for the authorized transfer of prescription drugs between pharmacies.
36:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
