STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT repealing the authority of officials to enter and examine the premises of an automotive recycling dealer.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 261:132, relative the authority of officials to enter and examine the premises of an automotive recycling dealer, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
