HOUSE BILL 1621
AN ACT repealing certain statutes.
ANALYSIS
This bill repeals statutes relative to town licenses for showmen, unlawful alcohol possession and intoxication penalties for persons under 21 years of age, and the crime of adultery.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT repealing certain statutes.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 286:1, relative to showmen.
II. RSA 179:10, relative to unlawful possession and intoxication.
III. RSA 645:3, relative to adultery.
2 Penalty; Reference to Showmen Deleted. Amend RSA 286:5 to read as follows:
286:5 Penalty. Whoever violates the provisions of RSA [286:1-4] 286:2-4 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person. It shall be the duty of the selectmen to prosecute for every violation of this chapter.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2013.
