STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to county appropriations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 County Convention; Appropriation. Amend RSA 24:14, I-a to read as follows:
I-a. In this chapter, an appropriation means an amount of money authorized for a specified purpose by the legislative body, and each appropriation shall be classified and defined as a line item.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
