STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT changing the prospective repeal date for the research and development tax credit.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
116:1 Research and Development Tax Credit; Prospective Repeal Date Changed. Amend 2007, 271:7, I to read as follows:
I. Section 6 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2013] 2015.
116:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
