STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT repealing a prospective repeal regarding certain authority of the secretary of state relative to pooled risk management programs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
230:1 Repeal. 2010, 149:8, III, relative to a repeal of authority of the secretary of state to investigate, issue cease and desist orders, and impose penalties regarding pooled risk management programs, is repealed.
230:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
