STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to special elections of the charter commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
101:1 Charter Commission; Special Election. Amend RSA 49-B:4, I(a) to read as follows:
(a) Within 5 days after the deadline for a recount of a vote confirming the establishment of a charter commission, the municipal officers shall meet to order a special election to be held on the Tuesday not less than [56] 23 days nor more than [63] 133 days after such meeting for the purpose of electing charter commission members.
101:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
