STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to certified compliant products certified as such by the department of environmental services.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Certified Compliant Products. Amend RSA 21-O:3 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. Create, maintain, and make available to the public a list of certified compliant products that have met criteria set in both statute and in rules made by the department which relate to any of the general functions of the department described in RSA 21-O:1, II. Such products shall be considered compliant with statutory and departmental rules subject to any approvals prior to such products’ specific use or placement. The commissioner shall develop a procedure by which product manufacturers may petition to be included on the list of certified compliant products.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
