AN ACT relative to the procedure for approval of medical parole.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to the procedure for approval of medical parole.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
134:1 Medical Parole. Amend RSA 651-A:10-a, III to read as follows:
III. Medical parole shall only be granted by a majority vote [of the full 7-member parole board] which includes at least 3 votes of the members who are present and voting.
134:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
