STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT naming a pond in the town of Sandown.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
21:1 Pond Named; Town of Sandown. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the pond located on the property at 45 Main Street in the town of Sandown, is hereby named Sal’s Pond. Appropriate signage may be placed at the site.
21:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
21:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
