STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT allowing schools to develop policies on the distribution of literature of patriotic organizations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Literature from Patriotic Organizations. Amend RSA 189 by inserting after section 18 the following new section:
189:18-a Literature from Patriotic Organizations. A school board may develop a policy allowing a patriotic organization, as described in 36 U.S.C. section 201, et seq., to distribute literature in a public school informing the student population about that organization.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
