STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT naming a portion of New Hampshire route 107/43 in the town of Deerfield the Honorable Joseph E. Stone Highway.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

22:1 Town of Deerfield; The Honorable Joseph E. Stone Highway. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the portion of New Hampshire route 107/43 from the area beginning at Bicentennial Field, north to the intersection of Nottingham Road, in the town of Deerfield, is hereby named the Honorable Joseph E. Stone Highway. Appropriate signage or markers may be placed at the site.

22:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

22:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
