AN ACT relative to the duty of the long range capital planning and utilization committee.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to the duty of the long range capital planning and utilization committee.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

83:1 Repeal. RSA 17-M:2, I(b), relative to the duty of the long range capital planning and utilization committee concerning the master plan for the New Hampshire hospital campus, dated October 31, 1994, is repealed.

83:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
