AN ACT repealing the prospective repeal of the information and analysis center.

This bill repeals the December 31, 2014 repeal date of RSA 651-F, relative to the information and analysis center.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT repealing the prospective repeal of the information and analysis center.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
150:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. 2010, 208:8, relative to the repeal of the information and analysis center under RSA 651-F.
II. 2010, 208:10, II, relative to the December 31, 2014 effective date of the repeal.
150:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
