STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT requiring the department of administrative services to provide the American Legion Department of New Hampshire with office space.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

49:1 New Paragraph; Division of Plant and Property Management; Office Space for American Legion Department of New Hampshire. Amend RSA 21-I:11 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:

X-a. Provide the American Legion Department of New Hampshire, a private nonprofit organization, office space, free of charge, in the state-owned building located at 25 Capitol Street in Concord, New Hampshire or another state-owned building located in Concord.

49:2 Repeal. 1921, 175, relative to providing permanent headquarters in the state house for the New Hampshire Department of the American Legion, is repealed.

49:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
