STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT establishing New Hampshire anti-bullying day.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Powers of Governor and Council; New Hampshire Anti-Bullying Day. Amend RSA 4 by inserting after section 13-r the following new section:
4:13-s New Hampshire Anti-Bullying Day. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation calling for the proper observance of the second Wednesday of November as New Hampshire Anti-Bullying Day and shall call on citizens, schools, and businesses of New Hampshire to observe the week with appropriate ceremonies, activities, and educational events promoting New Hampshire Anti-Bullying Day.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
