STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to the waitlist for community mental health services.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
140:1 Prospective Repeal Regarding Eligibility for Services Extended. Amend 2011, 209:6, I to read as follows:
I. Section 5 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2013] 2015.
140:2 Discrimination Prohibited; Eligibility for Services. Amend 2011, 224:413, V as amended by 2012, 71:2 to read as follows:
V. [Sections 19, and] Section 221[,] of this act shall take effect July 1, 2013.
V-a. Section 19 of this act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
140:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
