AN ACT relative to Medicaid rates.

This bill repeals the law requiring the department of health and human services to review and report relative to Medicaid reimbursement rates.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to Medicaid rates.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

80:1 Repeal. RSA 126-A:18-b, relative to Medicaid reimbursement rates, is repealed.

80:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
