STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to a ban on the incidental combustion of untreated wood at municipal transfer stations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

158:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. 2007, 128:2, relative to a prospective ban on the incidental combustion of untreated wood at municipal transfer stations.

II. 2010, 156, relative to a delayed effective date for 2007, 128:2 relative to a prospective ban on the incidental combustion of untreated wood at municipal transfer stations.

158:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
