STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to names of limited partnerships.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
60:1 Limited Partnerships; Name. Amend RSA 304-B:2, I(a) to read as follows:
(a) Shall contain [without abbreviation] the words “limited partnership” or the abbreviation “L.P.”, or similar abbreviation, as the last words of its name; and
60:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
