AN ACT relative to unclassified state employees.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to unclassified state employees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Approval of Governor and Council. Amend RSA 94 by inserting after section 1-e the following new section:
94:1-f Unclassified Employees; Approval of Governor and Council. The governor and council shall approve the employment and salary of all unclassified employees.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
