STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT repealing the duty of assessors to compile a list of dogs in the town.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
43:1 Repeal. RSA 466:43, relative to the duty of assessors to compile a list of dogs in the town, is repealed.
43:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
