AN ACT relative to juvenile placement in shelter care facilities and at the youth development center.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to juvenile placement in shelter care facilities and at the youth development center.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 169-B:2, XV, relative to the definition of shelter care facility.
II. RSA 169-D:2, XIV, relative to the definition of shelter care facility.
III. RSA 621:1, III, relative to placement in the least restrictive environment.
IV. RSA 621:19, I-a, relative to release and discharge from the youth development center.
V. RSA 169-D:31, relative to closure and review of disposition in delinquency cases.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
