AN ACT relative to the disclosure of the names of lottery winners.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to the disclosure of the names of lottery winners.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Disclosure of Lottery Winners. Amend RSA 287-F:10 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. The commission shall not publicly disclose the name of any person awarded a prize except upon the written authorization of such person.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
