STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT requiring the department of education to share costs of implementing statewide online assessment technology requirements.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Education; Costs of Online Assessment Technology Requirements. The commissioner of the department of education shall reimburse school districts, from existing budgetary appropriations for the biennium ending June 30, 2015, not less than 50 percent of the costs of technology upgrades and improvements necessary for the district to implement any statewide online assessment program.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
