STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to the Cass Road dam in Epsom.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Cass Road Dam in Epsom. The dam bureau of the department of environmental services shall continue to maintain the Cass Road Dam in Epsom.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
