STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT making an appropriation for the pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner training program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Department of Justice; Appropriation for Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Training Program. The sum of $20,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 is hereby appropriated to the department of justice, grants management unit for the pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner training program. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.

AN ACT making an appropriation for the pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner training program.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The Department of Justice states this bill, as amended by the Senate (Amendment #2014-1863s), will increase state general fund expenditures by $20,000 in FY 2016. There will be no impact on state revenue, or county and local revenues and expenditures.

This bill appropriates $20,000 in state general funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 to the Department of Justice for the purposes of this act.

METHODOLOGY:

The Department of Justice states this bill appropriates $20,000 in state general funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 to the Department for the purpose of the pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner training program.
