STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT repealing the priority status of the widening of I-93 from Manchester to the Massachusetts border in the state of New Hampshire 10 year transportation improvement plan.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. 2000, 273, as amended by 2008, 329, relative to the priority status of the widening of I-93, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
