STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT naming a bridge in Derry the Lance Corporal Michael E. Geary bridge.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

16:1 Town of Derry; Bridge Named. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the Route 102 (West Broadway) bridge in the town of Derry shall be named the Lance Corporal Michael E. Geary bridge.

16:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

16:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
