STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to the repeal date of the certificate of need law.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal Date of Certificate of Need Law; Change to Effective Date. Amend 2013, 144:180, VIII to read as follows:

VIII. [Sections 84 and] Section 140 shall take effect June 30, 2016.

VIII-a. Section 84 shall take effect June 30, 2015.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
