AN ACT relative to New Hampshire cable franchises.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to New Hampshire cable franchises.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Franchises; Administration by Municipality. RSA 53-C:3-b is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

53-C:3-b Franchises; Nonexclusive.

I. All franchises shall be nonexclusive.

II. All cable service franchises in existence on May 1, 1989, shall remain in full force and effect according to their existing terms.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
