STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT prohibiting smoking in buildings owned or operated by social, fraternal, or religious organizations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 155:67, II, relative to smoking in buildings owned or operated by social, fraternal, or religious organizations, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2015.
