AN ACT relative to land retained by the state.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to land retained by the state.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 227-H:5, III, relative to Bradford Pines natural area, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
