STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to qualifications of assistant election officials.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
5:1 Qualifications. Amend RSA 658:7-a to read as follows:
658:7-a Qualifications. An assistant election official appointed as provided in RSA 658:7 shall be at least 17 years of age as of the date on which such official initiates performance of the duties of office.
5:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
