STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT establishing a state poem.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; State Poem. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 27 the following new section:
3:28 State Poem. The poem “My Homeland Sea” authored by Richard T. Hartnett is hereby declared to be the state poem of New Hampshire.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
